Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead and manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, and financial operations. The candidate should be capable of handling independent financial control, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations)
- Ensure GST compliance, filings (GSTR-1, 3B), and reconciliation with books
- Handle TDS calculations, filings, and statutory compliance
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and financial reports
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities
- Manage banking operations, cash flow planning, and working capital tracking
- Oversee purchase accounting, inventory accounting, and costing controls
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST regulations
- Support management with financial insights and decision-making data
Key Requirements- Qualification: CA / Inter CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 5–10 years in accounting & finance (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
Preferred Profile- Exposure to process-driven organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience in handling multi-location or project-based accounting is a plus
