Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of design-and-build projects. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary contact for clients, understanding project requirements, coordinating with design, engineering, and execution teams, and tracking project progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves preparing proposals, project updates, and reports, handling client queries, and proactively addressing issues to maintain strong client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also support business development activities by identifying opportunities for additional services, assisting with pitches, and contributing feedback to improve service quality and processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and a structured approach to tracking tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with basic project management practices, including documentation, status reporting, and coordination across stakeholders.
- Experience in design-and-build, architecture, interiors, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and willingness to learn project or CRM software used by the company.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on client service.
