Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Account Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include showcasing and promoting Cibes Lift products, conducting client meetings, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and account management
- Proficiency in negotiation, customer relationship management, and communication
- Knowledge of the elevator or related industry is an advantage
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with sales forecasting tools is a plus
- Fluency in English and local languages; additional language skills are beneficial
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment
