Job Title: Accounts ManagerLocation: Delhi, Bijwasan
CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, vendors, and management while handling end-to-end accounting processes and maintaining financial discipline across operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Operations- Creation and management of Credit Notes (CN) & Debit Notes (DN)
- Inter-branch sales and purchase accounting entries
- Purchase bill and sales bill creation
- Journal entry posting and transaction accuracy monitoring
- Bank, cash, and payment entries management
- Suspense account handling and reconciliation
- Expense recording and expense entries management
- Receipt and payment entries recording
- Cash deposit management and entry tracking
Billing & Documentation- E-Invoice and E-Way Bill creation
- Quotation preparation and conversion to Sales Orders (SO)
- Delivery challan to sales invoice conversion
- GRN to purchase entry creation
- Documentation management and record maintenance
- Maintaining physical books and financial records
Reconciliation & Compliance- Vendor reconciliation and vendor ledger matching
- Bank updates and payment tracking
- GST filing and GST application processing
- TDS compliance monitoring and application processing
- Monitoring penalties, interest, and statutory deadlines
Collections & Financial Control- Collection follow-up of outstanding dues
- PDC handling, deposit, and tracking
- Monitoring receivables and payment updates
- Handling Razorpay, GPay, and cash transaction records
System & Coordination Responsibilities- Customer creation and master data management in system
- Prompt response to finance and accounts communications
- Ensuring accuracy in all accounting entries and reports
- Supervising daily accounting activities and ensuring deadline adherence
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software & ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
