Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. Daily tasks include managing client communication, understanding client needs, strategizing to meet objectives, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver agreed-upon goals. Additionally, the Account Manager will monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for market expansion.
