Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, overseeing account relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, understanding and fulfilling client needs, generating and maintaining reports, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver sustainable energy solutions. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders to ensure project success and the achievement of organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Handling skills
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Experience in Project Coordination and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Organizational and Time Management capabilities
- Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions and the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred
