Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing communications with clients, providing updates on immigration processes, analyzing client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, the Account Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and will act as a liaison to resolve concerns or challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship-building skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with immigration processes, visa regulations, and compliance requirements (experience in the Canada immigration domain is a plus)
- Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools for client management
- Time management and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a remote environment
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay focused on achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in account management or a client-facing role is highly preferred
