Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Gurugram. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include addressing client needs, identifying opportunities to enhance client services, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships is key to this role.

- Analytical and reporting skills to generate client-facing documentation
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

- Relevant experience in account or relationship management
