Role Description
The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and growth while meeting business objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining regular client communication, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and analyzing account performance to propose strategic improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam, requiring regular collaboration with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and account retention skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis and performance reporting capabilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in business management or consulting is a plus
