Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure client satisfaction by understanding and delivering on their business objectives. Responsibilities include managing projects across marketing, brand building, social media, and events, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Key tasks include planning strategies, monitoring project progress, reporting, and maintaining clear communication between the client and teams.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management and excellent communication abilities
- Working knowledge of marketing strategy, brand building, and social media management
- Ability to plan and execute events, launches, and campaigns efficiently
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency with tools related to marketing, project management, and reporting is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to start immediately.
