Hiring: Accounts Manager | Bankers Group of Hospitals | Surat
Bankers Group of Hospitals is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounts Manager to lead the financial operations of our Surat facility. We are seeking a professional who excels in healthcare financial management and possesses deep expertise in government and private insurance schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
* PMJAY & TPA Management: Lead the end-to-end processing, submission, and reconciliation of claims for PMJAY and various TPA (Third Party Administrator) partners.
* Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements, taxation (GST, TDS), and internal financial audits.
* Prepare monthly financial statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow reports for senior management.
* Coordinate with insurance companies and government bodies to ensure timely settlement of dues and minimize claim rejections.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter preferred).
* Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years of proven experience in hospital accounting or healthcare financial management.
* Technical Expertise: Mandatory in-depth knowledge of PMJAY portal operations and TPA billing/settlement processes.
* Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime and hospital management information systems (HMIS).
* Skills: Strong analytical thinking, leadership abilities, and the ability to manage high-volume transaction environments.
* Prior work experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
