About the Role
The Account Manager will lead the sales strategy for designated markets, drive month‑on‑month revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and build strong distributor networks. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to develop new business opportunities, and a proactive, customer‑centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall sales and margin performance for assigned markets; achieve monthly targets and YOY growth.
- Grow and nurture key customer accounts across Home Care, Personal Care, and Plastics.
- Conduct customer visits to promote, present, and recommend product solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities; follow up on leads and sample requests.
- Negotiate commercial agreements in line with pricing, marketing, and business policies.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for 0–18 months.
- Strengthen distributor and channel partner networks; conduct regular review meetings and portfolio training.
- Manage receivables, DSO, and overdue collections effectively.
- Support product launches by attending exhibitions and marketing events.
- Collaborate with internal global and regional teams for project coordination and market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Engineering/Business preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in Home Care, Personal Care, or Plastics.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven results in sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
- Strategic, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.
- English proficiency is essential; knowledge of any European language is an advantage.
