Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving account growth. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, preparing and analyzing performance reports, coordinating with internal teams to meet client goals, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and continuously improving client retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Coordination, and Sales
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
- Ability to create and analyze Performance Reports and develop client-specific growth strategies
- Project Management and Organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Experience in the leisure, recreation, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
