About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to lead the accounting and finance function for our hotel operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, finance, costing, budgeting, MIS reporting, financial controls, and operational profitability management. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager and Group CEO/GM to drive financial discipline, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Accounts Department and accounting systems
- Prepare financial reports, costing reports, and MIS reports
- Ensure financial control, compliance, and governance processes
- Handle working capital management and treasury functions
- Monitor budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability analysis
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely finalization of accounts
- Lead and manage finance team operations effectively
Candidate ProfileQualification
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong exposure to hotel accounting and finance operations preferred
- Experience in finalization of accounts, auditing, and preparation of financial statements
- Prior leadership experience in managing finance/accounting teams
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and costing knowledge
- Experience with hotel accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
