Role Description
This full-time, on-site Account Manager position is based in Coimbatore. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include managing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will also monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and achieve sales targets while building strong partnerships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Support
- Skills in Business Development, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
- Knowledge in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Contract Management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet targets effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is a plus
