Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in West Delhi. Skilled in Logisys software .The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and ensure the seamless coordination of freight forwarding services. Responsibilities include addressing client needs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, tracking shipment progress, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to organizational goals is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or international freight forwarding
- Knowledge of transportation services, including rail, road, air, and ocean freight
- Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts
- Familiarity with export/import processes and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software is a plus
