Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager position based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring their legal, financial, and compliance requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating with various teams to address client needs, providing tailored financial guidance, and assisting startups in achieving their organizational goals. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and proactive in delivering excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Service
- Proficiency in Financial Management, Bookkeeping, and Compliance Processes
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Knowledge of Business Operations and Startup Ecosystem
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant accounting software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
