Role Summary And Impact
Experience - Minimum 3 yrs in DCM or CM360
This role is responsible for managing supply and demand relationships, improving yield performance, and ensuring efficient delivery across app, web, and CTV environments. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CM360 and DV360 to support campaign delivery and revenue performance
- Develop and scale monetisation strategies across Open Bidding, header bidding (Prebid.js / Server-side), and direct integrations
- Onboard and manage demand partners, including SSPs and Amazon TAM integrations
- Support publisher integrations across web, app, and CTV environments
- Create and optimize Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), PMP, and Open Auction deals
- Manage CTV monetisation setups, including SSAI/CSAI workflows, ad pod configurations, and OEM integrations
- Drive yield optimization through floor pricing, UPRs, and demand allocation strategies
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including fill rate, match rate, CPM, and win rate
- Troubleshoot delivery and integration issues, including discrepancies, VAST errors, and latency challenges
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve performance and scale operations
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to generate actionable insights
Skills And Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Ad Operations or programmatic monetisation
- Strong hands-on expertise in DCM and DV360
- Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic partners
- Proven experience with Open Bidding environments (e.g. PubMatic, InMobi, Magnite)
- Strong understanding of header bidding ecosystems (client-side and server-side)
- Experience in CTV monetisation, including SSAI/CSAI workflows and VAST protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on yield and revenue optimization
- Experience troubleshooting delivery issues, discrepancies, and technical integrations
- Familiarity with IVT and brand safety tools (e.g. Pixalate, HUMAN)
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Technical Expertise
- Platforms: DCM, DV360, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges
- Monetisation: Open Bidding, Amazon TAM, header bidding (Prebid.js / server-side)
- Programmatic: PMP, PG deals, open auction strategy, demand path optimization
- Yield Management: Floor pricing, UPRs, bid analysis, revenue optimization
- CTV: SSAI, CSAI, VAST (2.0/3.0/4.0), ad podding, OEM integrations
- Troubleshooting: Discrepancies, VAST errors, IVT filtering, latency, QPS
- Analytics & Reporting: Data analysis, dashboarding (Data Studio, BigQuery preferred)
