Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and a strong background in cloud migration services. You will be responsible for account growth, revenue expansion, and positioning cloud solutions (M365 / Azure / GCP) that align with client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow assigned accounts within the USA market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in:
- Cloud migration & modernization
- Infrastructure transformation
- Managed cloud services
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from requirement gathering to deal closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, cloud architects, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers.
- Prepare account plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract renewals.
- Stay updated on cloud trends, competitive landscape, and U.S. market dynamics.
Required Qualifications - 3–8 years of experience in:
- Account management / IT services sales / technology consulting
- Handling USA clients (mandatory)
- Proven track record in selling cloud solutions / IT services.
- Strong understanding of:
- M365, Azure, or Google Cloud (any one is fine)
- Cloud migration strategies (lift & shift, re-platform, re-architect)
- Application modernization & infrastructure services
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company is mandatory.
