We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Account Manager – Supply / Demand (CPS International) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing international CPS (Cost Per Sale) campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and performance marketing operations across global markets. This role involves handling both supply-side and demand-side relationships while driving campaign growth, profitability, and long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale international CPS campaigns across multiple geographies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, advertisers, affiliate networks, and strategic partners.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including sales, conversions, ROI, revenue, and traffic quality.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize profitability and achieve performance targets.
- Identify and onboard new international supply and demand partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup, tracking integration, and troubleshooting.
- Negotiate payouts, commercial terms, and campaign opportunities with partners.
- Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with international affiliate marketing, e-commerce, and digital advertising trends.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, CPS campaigns, e-commerce marketing, or adtech industry.
- Strong understanding of CPS, CPA, CPL, CPC, and CPM models.
- Experience in handling international publisher or advertiser accounts is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and campaign reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work from the Gurgaon office (on-site).
