Job Title: Account Manager – Partner Sales
Location: Mumbai

Job Description -
We are seeking an Account Manager who focuses on achieving quota by growing revenue in existing partners as well as penetrating new partners and geographies. The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of developing and executing partner coverage plans and consistently delivering on revenue targets.
The role requires understanding IT skilling plans of enterprises via partners and how they adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate should be analytically strong, thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be tech-savvy.
Responsibilities -
Drive business development for ETT sales, certification solutions, reskilling offerings, persona-based offerings, and content development
Identify, recruit (MOU), and onboard new channel partners (LARs, VARs, distributors, learning partners, hardware OEMs)
Create and execute business plans (joint calendars for certifications) to meet sales goals
Work with partners to plan and execute GTM strategies to generate and grow demand
Upsell and cross-sell to partners to achieve higher sales
Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
Educate partners about product portfolio and complementary services
Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing concerns in a timely manner
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
Deliver customer presentations and participate in sales meetings and partner conferences
Support partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and promotions
Drive partner sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
Build strong consultative relationships with partners
Own and drive bookings, revenue, and margins across PAN India
Create and manage a database of prospective partners and establish connections
Develop and execute strategic plans to maintain a robust sales pipeline across existing and new partners/geographies
Qualifications -
BE / BSc IT / MSc IT / MBA (desirable)
2+ years of experience in IT solution sales
1–3 years of experience in sales management
Skills & Requirements -
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of emerging technologies
Good presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills
Ability to listen, understand, and engage effectively
Target-driven mindset with strong commitment
Ability to handle workload and pressure
Willingness to travel
