Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. The Account Manager will serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client objectives are clearly translated into structured briefs and executed seamlessly. This role requires a balance of relationship management, structured thinking, and execution oversight, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships across multiple accounts and industries
- Act as the central bridge between clients and internal teams (design, content, marketing)
- Translate client requirements into clear, structured briefs and actionable plans
- Drive end-to-end project and campaign execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Monitor campaign and project performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Present strategies, updates, and outcomes in a structured and compelling manner
- Ensure consistency between client expectations and internal delivery across all touchpoints
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value and engagement
Key Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in account management or client servicing (agency/consulting preferred)
- Strong client-facing communication skills with a professional and structured approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and campaign execution
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment
