Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist existing account managers in managing retail client portfolios and day-to-day account operations.
- Support the onboarding of new retail accounts by coordinating documentation, system entries, and client communication.
- Monitor portfolio performance and help identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth servicing and timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding status, and portfolio data.
- Prepare and manage sales agent reports, track performance metrics, and share insights with account managers and leadership.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and sales agents through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Learn retail account management processes, client servicing workflows, and portfolio growth strategies.
