What You’ll Do
- Get on calls with existing clients and pitch longer billing plans (quarterly/annual upgrades).
- Introduce and explain new Company features to customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadences with assigned accounts.
- Track conversations, objections, and outcomes in CRM.
- Work with the internal team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure accounts are engaged and seeing value from the product.
- Help reduce churn by proactively addressing concerns.

- You communicate clearly and persuasively.
