Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role for an Account Management Intern, based in Thrissur. The intern will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service, and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, coordinating with various teams, and supporting ongoing projects. The intern will also contribute to the smooth execution of account management processes and help resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
- Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Commitment to driving Customer Satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools is a plus
- Relevant academic background
