Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Mainline Executive to manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, client servicing experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end ATL and social media campaigns across multiple brand verticals.
- Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, creative, media, and production to ensure timely and seamless campaign execution.
- Support and actively participate in on-ground activations, shoots, and campaign coordination activities.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Ensure brand consistency in communication, tone, messaging, and overall campaign delivery across platforms.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support pitch presentations and proposal development.
- Maintain campaign reports, MOMs, status trackers, and other project documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in mainline advertising, integrated marketing, or client servicing.
- Strong understanding of ATL campaigns and social media coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Prior agency experience will be preferred.
