Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Account Management Executive to manage client relationships, ensure smooth RFQ-to-order conversion, and drive revenue growth. The role involves working closely with buyers and vendors while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment
RFQ Management & Conversion
- Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) end-to-end
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain competitive quotations
- Drive RFQ-to-order conversion and revenue generation
Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Ensure quality and compliance from vendors
- Assist in onboarding new vendors when required
Operations & Execution
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery status
- Resolve client/vendor issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate data and reports on CRM/tools
Business Growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute to revenue targets and account expansion
- Support strategic initiatives for customer retention
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of procurement / supply chain (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
Eligibility
- Executive: 0–2 years of experience in sales, procurement, or account management

- RFQ response time
- RFQ-to-order conversion rate
- Revenue generated
- Client satisfaction & retention
- Vendor turnaround time

Compensation & Probation
- Competitive salary + performance incentives
- Probation Period: 3 months
- During Probation: The monthly stipend will be of Rs.12,000.
- Post Probation: Role will be converted to a permanent position based on performance, with full salary and applicable incentives
