Core Purpose:
To manage and grow client accounts by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams.
Role Description:
- Manage and grow client accounts by analyzing performance and driving data-backed strategies
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution
- Create and maintain detailed reports using Excel to track performance and derive actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to scale or optimize accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end client accounts, ensuring smooth execution and delivery
- Analyze performance data and develop reports using Excel to drive actionable insights
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize and scale account performance
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and high satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in AdTech, Media, or Digital Marketing industry with a strong understanding of performance metrics and account growth strategies
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (especially Excel) with the ability to derive insights and support strategic decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
