Role Overview -
As an Account Manager at Wild Punch, you will be the primary point of contact for 5-8 key client accounts, owning the end-to-end client relationship. You will bridge the gap between client expectations and agency delivery across all service verticals—branding, digital marketing, social media, content production, and web development. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities •
Serve as the primary relationship owner for 5-8 client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
• Understand client business objectives, brand positioning, and competitive landscapetodevelop strategic briefs and proposals aligned with their goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—creative, digital marketing, content production, social media, and web development—to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews; translate client feedback into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Develop and manage project timelines, scopes of work, and budgets across multipleconcurrent campaigns and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with data-drive insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue organically.
• Proactively flag risks, manage escalations, and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to bring fresh ideas and innovation to client strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and account health in CRM and project management tools.

• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management at a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency Or Related Field .
• Proven track record of managing large, multi-project client accounts independently.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, paid media), content marketing, and web development workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confident presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is a plus). Preferred Skills (Good to Have) -
• Experience working with clients across diverse industries such as FMCG, real estate, ed-tech, hospitality, or D2C brands.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush. • Ability to draft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and case studies that win new business within existing accounts.
• Hindi language proficiency for regional client communications (in addition to English).
• Leadership potential to mentor junior account executives as the team scales.
