Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Head role based in South Delhi. The Account Head will oversee client accounts, develop and implement strategic financial and marketing plans, and lead the team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, delivering superior client services, analyzing trends to drive growth, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns and projects. This role will also include mentoring and managing a team to maintain high productivity and ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Team Management skills to build client relationships and oversee team performance effectively.
- Proficiency in Finance and knowledge of Financial Statements to drive accurate planning and reporting processes.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for understanding market trends, solving problems, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in the marketing or hospitality sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
