Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Head located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Account Head will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparation and analysis of financial statements, account management, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. They will be responsible for leading a team, mentoring members, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Account Head will support strategic decision-making by providing key financial insights and ensuring timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong Financial expertise, including experience with Financial Statements and overall Finance management
- Proficient in Account Management with a well-rounded understanding of operational financial operations
- Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proven Team Management skills to lead and mentor team members and ensure effective collaboration
- High attention to detail along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of accounting software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, particularly in the FMCG industry, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
