🚨 Hiring | Account Head – Acquisitions | Bengaluru
Looking for strong enterprise SaaS hunters for an Individual Contributor role focused on new customer acquisition across Southern India.
📍 Location: Bengaluru
We are specifically looking for candidates with:
✔ Pure-play SaaS sales experience
✔ Strong new logo acquisition background
✔ Enterprise hunting expertise
✔ Subscription/platform solution selling experience
✔ CXO stakeholder engagement
✔ Consistent quota achievement track record
Please note:
❌ Not looking for telecom-heavy or CPaaS-focused profiles currently
❌ Not suitable for account management/farming-only backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive net-new business acquisition
• Build pipeline through aggressive outbound prospecting
• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle
• Engage with C-level decision makers
• Work closely with BDRs and solution teams
• Lead commercial discussions and closures
Ideal Background:
• Enterprise SaaS / AI/ CX sales
• Strong hunting mindset
• Experience handling complex B2B sales cycles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
