Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance professional to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, reporting, taxation, and audit functions. The candidate should have strong expertise in accounting standards, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and hands-on experience in Tally & Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Financial Statements
• Fixed Assets accounting and capitalization reporting
• Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis
• Debtors & creditors ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records
Taxation & Compliance:
• GST return filing and compliance
• TDS calculation, payments, and return filing
• Ensuring statutory compliance with applicable laws
• Coordination with internal and external auditors
Audit & Assurance:
• Handling statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Providing schedules, reports, and documentation to auditors
• Reviewing financial controls and compliance processes
Financial Operations:
• Supervision of day-to-day accounting activities
• Cash flow monitoring and working capital management
• Implementation and improvement of accounting systems
• Support in consolidation of accounts (IND-AS compliance preferred)
Systems & Tools:
• Accounting & reporting using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Maintaining accurate accounting records using Tally
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally (ERP)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Analysis)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Financial reporting & MIS preparation
• Audit handling experience
