About the Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Account Growth Manager. As an Account Growth Manager at ps&co, you are the bridge between client vision and creative, strategic, and commercial outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, aesthetic design and growth building brands that are commercially effective and culturally resonant.
This is not a coordination role. As an Account Growth Manager, you will act as a core operating partner on consultancy accounts, someone who can think, structure, and drive momentum across projects and relationships keeping service delivery standards high. In a lean setup like ours, you are expected to be a strategic thinker, a planner, a problem solver and a client leader. You will take ownership of day-to-day client management, project flow, and account growth, working closely with the Founder, creative, and campaign teams.
What You Will Do
- Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Build and own client relationships and day-to-day communication across key accounts
- Lead meetings, set agendas, document decisions, and close loops
- Build trust through clarity, responsiveness, and structured thinking
- Handle escalations with solutions and recommendations
2. Account Growth & Business Development
- Drive account growth by identifying and converting opportunities into tangible business outcomes
- Identify and act on upsell opportunities aligned with client goals and brand direction
- Engage with prospective clients where required, confidently presenting ps&co’s approach
- Think beyond execution, contribute to long-term brand and business impact
- Ask the right questions to uncover both stated and unstated client needs
- Operate across macro strategy and micro execution with equal clarity
3. Strategy, Thinking & Decks
- Decode briefs deeply and translate them into clear, structured direction
- Bring second-order thinking, insights, and clarity into projects
- Build and present high-quality decks (strategy, campaign, pitch, reviews)
- Translate thinking into actionable outputs aligned to business objectives
4.Campaign & Project Ownership
- Manage campaigns end-to-end from brief to execution to delivery
- Translate client inputs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Plan proactively for launches, campaigns, and key brand moments
- Guide teams and ensure timely delivery across calendars, trackers, and workflows
5. Production & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate internal teams (design, copy, SM, operations)
- Manage external collaborators (DOPs, directors, production houses, vendors)
- Oversee shoots, edits, and content workflows end-to-end
- Ensure alignment between vision, execution, and output
6.Team Leadership & Coordination
- Guide and manage junior team members (e.g. SM Account Executive)
- Set priorities, assign tasks, and ensure clarity across the team
- Review outputs before client sharing to maintain high quality standards
- Act as the central point of alignment across teams and partners
7. Quality Control & Delivery Excellence
- Maintain and deliver high standards across all outputs
- Ensure strong service delivery and client satisfaction
- Ensure timelines, quality, and delivery expectations are consistently met
- Protect team bandwidth through structured planning and prioritisation
- Anticipate challenges and resolve them proactively
Who We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in advertising / creative / brand agencies
- Strong experience in account management and client servicing
- Ability to independently manage accounts and lead conversations
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
