About the Job
Position: Account Group Head – Customer Success
City: Mumbai
CTC: up to 12 LPA
Annual Retention Bonus: 10% of CTC (released on completion of one year; subject to being on payroll and not serving a notice period)
About the Role
Customer Success is central to Scatter’s growth. As an Account Group Head, you will lead client relationships, drive content-led marketing strategies, and unlock business growth opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor while ensuring strong collaboration across internal teams.
Responsibilities
· Partner with clients to align business goals with content strategies
· Drive account growth through upsell and long-term planning
· Guide internal teams with a strong marketing-first approach
· Forecast and track revenue across accounts
· Lead strategic client conversations and problem-solving
· Bring industry insights to enhance client outcomes
· Ensure high-quality delivery under pressure
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
· Translate client goals into actionable strategies
· Mentor team members and review deliverables
· Refine briefs with a marketing lens
· Track account performance and identify risks/opportunities
· Lead client discussions on growth and innovation
How You Measure Your Growth In 3 Months
· Understand processes, clients, and offerings
· Build credibility with clients and teams
· Contribute strategic inputs
In 6 Months
· Establish team processes and growth plans
· Own account growth and upsell initiatives
· Balance creativity with business impact
In 12 Months
· Become a trusted client advisor
· Drive measurable business outcomes
· Lead internally on strategy and problem-solving
What You Bring to the Table
· Degree in Marketing/Business or related field
· 5+ years in client-facing agency roles (B2B preferred)
· Strong strategic and marketing thinking
· Experience in content/digital marketing and account growth
· Analytical mindset with revenue planning skills
· Strong communication and stakeholder management
· Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of AI tools
· Ability to balance strategy with execution
