### About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on **Accounts & Finance Executive** who is strong in Tally Prime, accounting fundamentals, reconciliations and financial controls**.

The person joining us will work closely with management and will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies and gradually taking ownership of accounting across businesses operating in India, the United Kingdom and the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting is required. Previous UK or UAE accounting experience is advantageous but not mandatory. We are equally interested in candidates who have strong fundamentals and are willing to learn international accounting and compliance.
The role can develop into a broader Group Finance / International Accounting position for the right candidate.

- Maintain separate accounting records for multiple businesses/entities.
- Ensure correct ledger classification and accounting treatment of transactions.

A major part of this role will be maintaining accurate reconciliations.
You will be expected to:
- Perform monthly and periodic bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers against statements.
- Identify missing, duplicate or incorrectly posted transactions.
- Investigate differences rather than passing adjustment entries without understanding them.

- Maintain clear reconciliation schedules and supporting workings.
- Ensure Tally balances agree with underlying bank statements and commercial records.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier balances.
- Prepare customer and supplier statements.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables.
- Perform ageing analysis.
- Match invoices, payments, credit notes and advances correctly.
- Identify overdue invoices and unusual ledger balances.
- Support management with payment planning and collection monitoring.

Our businesses deal internationally, therefore the candidate will gradually work with:
- GBP, EUR, USD, AED and INR transactions.
- Foreign currency invoices and settlements.
- Exchange-rate differences.

- VAT
- Corporation Tax
- Companies House requirements
- HMRC requirements
- Accounts payable/receivable

- Multi-currency bookkeeping

- Supplier/customer reconciliation
- Transaction and shipment profitability
