SME & Mid-Market Account Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Budget: 8 LPA Fixed
Role: Individual Contributor
About Qoruz
Qoruz is an enterprise-grade creator marketing and intelligence platform that helps brands and agencies discover creators, build relationships, manage campaigns, and make better marketing decisions using data.
We are building the technology layer for the creator economy, helping marketing teams move from fragmented, manual influencer marketing processes to a more intelligent and data-driven approach.
The Role
We are looking for a driven Account Executive to win new business with mid-size brands and agencies.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to product demos, proposals, negotiation and closure. You’ll run a high number of opportunities at once and close deals in weeks, not quarters.
This is a consultative, new-business role built for pace. You will work closely with Brand Managers at mid-size brands, and with Heads of Operations and Brand Managers at mid-size agencies, to show how Qoruz helps them run creator campaigns more efficiently, deliver better results and measure what’s working.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage a healthy pipeline across mid-size brands and agencies.
Prospect actively through outbound, referrals, events and inbound leads.
Build strong relationships with Brand Managers at brands and with Heads of Operations and Brand Managers at agencies.
Understand how brand teams plan and run creator campaigns, and how agencies deliver them across multiple clients.
Run sharp discovery calls and tailored product demos that connect Qoruz to each buyer’s day-to-day challenges.
For brands, position Qoruz around better creator selection, campaign performance and measurable ROI.
For agencies, position Qoruz around operational efficiency, faster execution, scalability across clients and stronger reporting.
Own the complete sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
Handle pricing discussions and negotiations, and help your champions build the case internally with their leadership.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting and clean CRM hygiene.
Share customer and market feedback with Product and Marketing to sharpen our positioning.
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and set accounts up for expansion.
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, marketing technology or digital solutions.
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, marketing SaaS, influencer technology, social intelligence or marketing analytics is a strong plus.
Experience selling to mid-size brands and/or digital, social or influencer marketing agencies.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closure.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly targets.
Comfort managing a high-velocity pipeline with shorter sales cycles.
Strong discovery, demo, negotiation and communication skills.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to generate your own pipeline rather than relying only on inbound.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
Sold directly to Brand Managers, Marketing Managers or agency operations leaders.
An existing network across mid-size brands or digital and influencer marketing agencies.
An understanding of how agencies operate, including client servicing, campaign delivery and reporting workflows.
Experience with monthly, quarterly or annual SaaS subscriptions and upsell motions.
A solid understanding of social media, influencer marketing or the creator economy.
Why Qoruz
Creator marketing is becoming a core part of how brands reach and engage their audiences. As brand teams and agencies run more creator campaigns, they need better tools, data and workflows to manage them without adding headcount.
Qoruz sits at the intersection of technology, marketing, data and the creator economy. If you enjoy fast-paced selling, running lots of conversations at once, closing deals quickly and helping brands and agencies work smarter, we’d love to speak with you.
