About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Account Executive to own the end-to-end sales cycle for CertifyMe’s SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on exposure to prospecting, demos, closing deals, and growing customer relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will work closely with founders, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue and shape how we sell.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → negotiation → closure
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value of CertifyMe’s solutions
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Manage and track pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and campaigns
- Work with customer success for smooth onboarding and retention
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales / SaaS sales / inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solutions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Willingness to take ownership and work across multiple responsibilities
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
