Role Overview:
We are looking for an Account Executive Intern who is interested in client relationship management, sales coordination, and business development activities. This role provides practical exposure to managing client accounts, communication, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining professional relationships
* Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates
* Support sales and business development efforts
* Prepare proposals, reports, and client presentations
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
* Track account performance and maintain accurate records
* Identify opportunities for client engagement, retention, and upselling
* Support follow-ups and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of sales, business development, and account management
* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Good organizational and coordination skills
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
* Exposure to sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
* Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
* Basic understanding of customer lifecycle and business strategies
* Experience with presentations or reporting is an advantage
