Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Account Executive with 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions or SaaS. The role involves owning the sales cycle end-to-end and driving revenue growth by selling into mid-market and large enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Prospect, engage, and close new mid-market and large enterprise customers
- Understand customer business needs and position Kapittx solutions effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure solution fit
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven B2B selling experience, preferably in SaaS or software solution sales
- Prior experience selling to mid-market or large enterprise accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to understand complex solutions and articulate value clearly
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Added Advantage
- Experience generating leads for the US market
- Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, sequencing tools, etc.)
- Exposure to selling fintech, ERP, or finance automation solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
