Job Title: E-commerce Accounting Executive
Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Experience: 1–4 Years
Job Overview:
We are looking for an E-commerce Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in managing financial operations for online businesses. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of marketplace accounting, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or similar accounting software
- Handle e-commerce marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Perform reconciliation of orders, payments, and settlements
- Manage GST filing, TDS compliance, and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and refunds
- Track and reconcile payment gateway transactions (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Hands-on experience with Tally / Busy / Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping
- Experience in e-commerce accounting is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in D2C / FMCG / E-commerce companies
- Candidates with corporate experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates
