Role Description
As an Account Executive (B2B Sales) at Zyvka, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong professional relationships. Your daily tasks will include identifying potential business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and serving as a point of contact for client inquiries. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Gurugram office.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Account Management expertise, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to establish trust with clients and partners.
- Customer Service skills to address client needs with efficiency and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset are essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRTech, recruitment platforms, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
