Role: Account Executive (SME)
What you’ll do:
- Drive new business acquisition (“new logos”) within your territory
- Build and execute targeted outbound strategies (ABM, email, social, cold calling)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for deals > USD 10K ARR
- Deliver product demos and articulate value to executive stakeholders
- Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing & Customer Success teams
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging tech
What we’re looking for:
- 4–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (hunter profile)
- Proven APAC market experience (must-have)
- Proven track record of closing deals upwards of USD 25K ARR
- Strong exposure to value-based selling (Challenger, Sandler, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SaaS/CRM/CSM/ITSM ecosystems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & prospecting skills
- Highly self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
- Degree in Engineering or Business
