Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Tally, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and related compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting records.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and account-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Support all other finance and accounts-related activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with Tally.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
