Overview:
The AE at Xurrent is a hunter role. You are responsible for delivering consistent, predictable bookings and revenue growth to your designated region of business. You will present the IMR product to prospects through conversations, demos, presentations, and live events. You will close both net new logos and existing expansion accounts. Account Executives are experts in navigating through a prospect’s organizational chart. You can deliver business outcomes through meaningful engagement with C-Level executives, IT leaders, business users, and managed service providers.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset with a passion for sales process integrity. You are willing, and eager, to become an industry expert in our technology space and provide key internal stakeholders with the material needed to drive the Xurrent platform forward. You are a positive addition to Xurrent culture and willing to be an integral part of our team through presence in the Bangalore office and by working closely with the pre-sales and SDR staff assigned to your region, as well as the sales team in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales plans for assigned territory/business segment
- Accurately forecast, meet, and exceed quota
- Through a combination of inbound and outbound demand generation, develop and manage a high-velocity, SaaS pipeline
- Manage & Communicate business, track opportunities through CRM and other supporting tools
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, customer success, and sales engineering
- Work with and cooperate with the US Sales team to jointly sell and support the close of US logos
- Convey Xurrent value drivers and competitive differentiators to prospects and customers
- Understand the competitive landscape
- Attend key live events and strategic conferences to promote the Xurrent brand
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in direct SaaS Sales
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management
- Ability to create and present customer presentations, understand and explain the product and communicate to a C-level technical audience
- Strong organizational skills, with a hyper focus on business acumen and industry knowledge
