We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and MIS preparation
across our group entities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain books of accounts
• Post day-to-day journal entries, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain the general ledger across all entities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations across all entities and accounts.
• Reconcile corporate cards of partners monthly, ensuring all spends are accounted for and appropriately categorized.
• Perform monthly allocation of shared expenses between the entities
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules across entities.
2. Statutory Compliance
• Compute, deduct, and deposit TDS. on all applicable payments across entities; prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q) and issue Form 16/16A.
• Support advance tax computation and income tax return filing for all group entities.
• Manage GST compliance for all applicable entities — perform monthly reconciliations against GSTR-2A/2B and ensure timely filing of GSTR-1and GSTR-3B
• Manage Professional Tax compliance
• Ensure timely filing of annual LLP compliances across all group entities
• Coordinate DIR-3 KYC for designated partners and any other periodic MCA filings as required.
• Liaise with the Company Secretary firm for additional ROC / MCA requirements.
3. MIS, Reporting & Audit Support
• Prepare draft monthly MIS —including P&L, balance sheet summary, cash flow, and supporting
schedules.
• Assist in preparation of management accounts and provisional
financials for group entities as required.
• Support the annual statutory audit across all group LLPs — prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and respond to auditor queries.
• Maintain organized documentation and records across all entities to ensure audit readiness at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA Inter /CMA Inter is a plus.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance, preferably in a financial services or multi-entity environment.
• Working knowledge of TDS, GST, LLP annual filings, and Professional Tax across multiple states.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally; comfortable with MS Excel for MIS preparation.
• Ability to manage a compliance calendar independently and flagdeadlines proactively.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain clean booksacross multiple entities simultaneously
