Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Agra. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing and following up on sales orders, generating new leads, and maintaining detailed records of transactions. Additionally, they will collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer loyalty and provide tailored recommendations to meet customer needs. Other responsibilities include meeting sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Relationship Management skills to attract and retain clients
- Experience with Order Processing, Customer Service, and resolving client issues
- Proficiency in communication, networking, and negotiation techniques
- Effective organizational skills to maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Prior experience in retail or kitchen products sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
