Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Account Executive to join our team at our Pune Division. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in client management and customer service
- Knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in project management and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in the construction or building rehabilitation industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant sales and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team
