Role Description
The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City. As an Account Executive, you will manage and grow client relationships, generate leads, and develop sales strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing detailed proposals, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market trends and curate strategic sales approaches
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in the construction or building restoration industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in local languages and English is an advantage
