We sell workspace solutions to corporate, SME and startup customers and operate a high-volume, client-facing sales organization focused on occupancy, retention and revenue growth.
We are hiring an on-site Account Executive to drive new business, manage key customer relationships, and close commercial contracts across our portfolio.
Primary title: Account Executive - Sales
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new corporate and SME accounts through targeted outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up to grow occupancy and ARR.
- Conduct on-site tours and discovery meetings, prepare customised proposals and present value-aligned workspace solutions to decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals—manage pricing, contract terms and SLAs to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline: forecast accurately, prioritise opportunities and drive deals through all stages to conversion.
- Coordinate onboarding with operations, facilities and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and high NPS at move-in.
- Maintain CRM records, produce timely sales reports and analyse performance to identify areas for improvement.
